1982 Handcrafted Signed “Leishman” Studio Pottery Planter and Drip Tray

This piece is by Leishman Pottery, a Canadian Studio that operated in Georgian Bay Ontario Canada since 1975 to 2022. The studio was run by husband and wife team Mike and Connie Leishman, who were know for creating unique stoneware pieces. This is a glazed, hand sculpted ceramic pot featuring a man’s face with a prominent, textured beard and an separate drip tray. The glazes used give it an earthy, natural appearance.
